- Teil- und vollautomatisierte Installationsroutine (einheitliche PC- Installationen)
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (Troubleshooting)
- Unterstützung im First- und Second Level-Support
- Behebung von Soft- und Hardwareproblemen per Telefon und Remote sowie Störungsanalyse und -behebung
- Einrichtung von IT-Technik für die Mitarbeiter (PC & Handy)

zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehören:
Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:
- eine technische abgeschlossene Ausbildung (PC-Techniker, IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker o.ä.) vorweisen können
- gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ab Windows 11 besitzen
- Erfahrung mit PC-Hardware und Mobilgeräten haben
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der AD-Verwaltung vorbringen können
- Erfahrungen im Clientservice oder Rollout und Softwareverteilung (ACMP)
- prozessorientierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise innehaben
- hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft ihr Eigen nennen
- Offenheit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Einarbeitung in neue Arbeitsgebiete haben
- einen Führerschein besitzen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen
